Jonathan De Caro
Managing Director
Jonathan De Caro, a driven high school student from Moodus, Connecticut, who serves as the 2nd UNA-US Ambassador for the UN 2030 SDG Global Poverty Goal at the United Nations Foundation, a global development researcher at Harvard Kennedy School, and the founder of One Loan Fund. His passion lies in researching data in order to foster interventions that help curb poverty and promote global development, focusing notably on Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East. As a advocate for data-driven approaches, particularly in addressing economic inclusion crises, Jonathan spearheads projects and initiatives, including the founding of One Loan Fund.

Jeffery Liu
Chief Financial Officer
Jeffery Liu is a motivated high school student from Basking Ridge, New Jersey, who serves as the CFO of One Loan Fund. His passion lies in leveraging the power of economics to combat poverty and inequality, using multimedia, particularly video editing and film, to amplify and advocate for these causes, focusing notably on Eastern Asia, his place of heritage. He founded Feared Media, a video editing and social media management business generating over 5 Million Views and serving over 50+ local creators and business owners. Currently, he is midway through directing his documentary on inequality and generational poverty in China.

Alessio D. Cirino is a high school senior based in Naples, Florida born in London, England and raised by Italian immigrant parents, currently attending St. John Neumann Catholic High School. Additionally, Alessio is a passionate student specialising in global macroeconomics, concentrating in investing through bonds, stocks and various alternative mediums. In conjunction, Alessio is also passionate about poverty reduction and exploring how economics is able to alleviate large, global issues – with a scope on Latin America, Sub Saharan Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and South-East Asia.

Head of Ethics and Conduct, Vice President of Finance
Marian Unay is a dedicated high school student in Sydney, Australia. She serves as One Loan Fund's Head of Ethics and Conduct and VP of Finance. Her interests lie in the political economy and time-series economics that focuses on using econometrics for statistical inference. This sparked during her time at the Reserve Bank of Australia in the Economic Research Department. Marian aspires to contribute to economic research and policy and is passionate about advocating for inequality and poverty in disadvantaged communities. She actively participates in various youth non-profit organizations, taking on executive roles that involve tasks such as designing marketing materials, managing funds efficiently, and handling operational responsibilities.

Marc Pashin, a driven high school student from the Bay Area, currently serves as a financial coordinator and fundraising director at One Loan Fund, showcasing expertise in entrepreneurship, biotechnology, and finance. Delving into the biotech industry, manipulating genes, and advancing a home-made bio-printer. His active contributions extend to the education and software industries through STEMForOthers and HireAI, reflecting a commitment to innovation and service, defining a future marked by dedication and achievement.

Sagar Bhatia, an ambitious high school student from the Bay Area, passionately holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at W3B Education, a 501(c)3 nonprofit empowering thousands with entrepreneurial skills through the innovative use of AI, blockchain, and Finance. Simultaneously, as the Department Lead and Vice President of Finance at One Loan Fund, he channels his enthusiasm for finance and quantitative sciences. Sagar's ongoing research at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton, further enhances his expertise, molding him into a dynamic individual wholeheartedly committed to fostering student innovation and success.
